Tools, instructions, and release notes required when upgrading Hinemos to more advanced and stable version are provided. Quick resolutions for issues, such as cumulative patches are also provided as updates. Announcements will me made when updates and cumulative patches are released.

Hinemos Subscription offers access to the online knowledge bases and technical materials which provide answers to various questions regarding Hinemos.
Information such as knowledge base with hundreds of FAQs, Web API manuals, system authority documents etc., are also included.
Online customer support for inquiries regarding the usage of various functions of Hinemos, requests for failure analysis and request for patches, etc., will also be available.
